When you get in touch, please include:

  • A clear description of what you expected and what happened instead.
  • A screenshot if it's a visual issue (for example the Chat widget status card).
  • The order number, if your question is about a specific order or commission.
Try the status card first
For anything about the widget not appearing or the assistant being inactive, the app's Chat widget card usually names the exact reason — see Troubleshooting.
